Refund Policy

1. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment for an EasySign subscription, whether it was your first payment or a monthly renewal. The whole amount of that payment is refunded to the payment method you used.

2. How to ask for a refund

Use any of these:

• the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you when you paid;
• paddle.net, where you can look up the purchase and request a refund; or
• email support@officevault.co.za from the address on your account, and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

3. Who processes the refund

EasySign subscriptions in Australia are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, so Paddle pays the refund. Your purchase is made under Paddle’s buyer terms.

4. Cancelling

• The account owner can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in the app.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan you have paid for until the end of that billing period, and you are not charged again.
• Cancelling does not delete anything. Documents already signed stay available to you.

5. Try it before you pay

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed to start it. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.

6. Your rights under Australian law

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
