Upload a PDF, add your signers, send. They sign on any phone — no account, no app, no fuss. Securely hosted right here in South Africa.
The whole thing is built to be finished before your coffee gets cold.
Drag in any document — a contract, offer letter, mandate, quote.
Drop signature, date and text fields where they belong. Set the order.
Each signer gets a secure link by email. They open it on any device.
Everyone signs, the PDF is sealed and hashed, and the audit trail is locked in.
The essentials done properly — instead of a hundred features you'll never touch.
Most signers open on a phone. Our signing page is built for the small screen first, not squeezed onto it.
Signers click a link and sign. No sign-up, no password, no download. The single biggest reason people actually finish.
Every view, verification and signature is timestamped with IP and device, then locked to the document with a SHA-256 hash.
Send one template to a whole spreadsheet of people, or share a single link where everyone who opens it signs their own copy — onboarding, policies, indemnity forms.
Turn the contracts you send every week into one-click templates. Build from scratch or save any document as a template — fields, roles and order stored and ready.
Turn the grid on and every field clicks into line as you drag it. Signature blocks sit level, dates line up down the column, and a form stops looking like it was filled in by hand. Turn it off when you need a field somewhere odd.
Drop a QR code that opens the verification page, or a stamp — Approved, Reviewed, Confidential, or your own wording — straight onto the page. Both are drawn into the sealed PDF, not pasted on top.
A short tour runs the first time you sign in and points at the real screen, not a video. Every page has a ? that explains that page. No consultant, no onboarding call.
Your documents are stored in AWS Cape Town. Nothing leaves the country. A clean answer for POPIA and your auditors.
Build the document once — EasySign collects exactly what you need from each signer. Snap fields to a grid so they line up, set the order people are walked through, and choose the size, weight, colour and alignment of every one. Stamp a document APPROVED or CONFIDENTIAL the way you would on paper. Need to add an annexure? Append another PDF while you're preparing — nothing you've already placed moves.
Type, draw or upload a signature — sealed into the final PDF.
Initial every page in one tap; move one and they all follow.
Free text the signer fills in, like a reference or note.
Stamped automatically the moment they sign.
Tick to accept a clause, term or option.
Full name, pre-filled from the invitation.
Captures or confirms the signer's email address.
Who signed, in what capacity — useful for mandates.
The organisation the signer represents.
A date the signer picks — start dates, deadlines.
Fixed helper text you place on the page.
A clickable link in the signed PDF — policies, terms.
Put your website, an email address or a phone number on the page — scanned straight off the paper.
APPROVED, RECEIVED, CONFIDENTIAL and three more, or your own wording — dated, and printed into the signed PDF.
Pick one option from a list you define.
Grouped choices where only one can be selected.
Signer uploads a photo or scan — ID, proof, site photo.
Freehand sketch or mark-up drawn on the document.
Signer attaches a file; PDFs and images append to the signed document.
You know how many documents you send. You shouldn't have to count "users". Recipients are always free.
Need one more seat rather than a bigger plan? Extra users are R49 each a month — just ask and we'll add them. Advanced (CA-certified) signatures are charged separately so your base price stays low. Sending more than 1 500 a month? Talk to us.
Public beta pricing. These prices are provisional and may change before general release. Anyone who subscribes during the beta keeps their price for twelve months.
Not another enterprise tool with a Rand price bolted on.
A South African company, Rand pricing, local support, and your documents hosted in Cape Town. The competition charges per seat — DocuSign runs about R405 per user per month, and caps you at 100 documents a year. We start at R99 for the whole team's allowance.
No workflow builders to learn, no consultant to onboard you. Upload, send, done. If it feels heavier than sending an email, we've failed.
Every signature carries a full history — who, when, from where, and how they were verified — sealed to the document with a cryptographic hash. If it's ever questioned, you have the proof.
Signing is only useful if the result holds up later. Here's exactly how we protect a document and prove what happened to it.
Every page is served over HTTPS with modern TLS, and documents are encrypted at rest in storage. Nothing moves or sits in the clear.
Your files live in an AWS data centre in Cape Town (af-south-1) — not shipped offshore. Signing happens where your business does.
We hash the original and the final signed PDF. Both hashes are printed on the certificate of completion, so any later change to the file is provable. Don't take our word for it — check a signed document yourself.
Who opened it, when, from which IP and device, and the moment each signature was applied — captured automatically and attached to the document.
Passwords are hashed with Argon2, two-step verification is available on every account, and each signing link is a unique random token that expires.
Signers are told up front what's recorded and consent before signing. Optional location capture only ever happens with the signer's permission.
We're in public beta and we'd rather be straight with you: the app runs on managed AWS infrastructure in a Virtual Private Cloud with the protections above and security best practices, but it hasn't yet been through an independent penetration test or a formal certification such as ISO 27001. If that's a requirement for your business, talk to us before you roll it out.
Signing software asks for a lot of trust. Here are the checkable facts.

Standard electronic signatures under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, with a full audit trail and consent record on every document. Where they're valid →
Your files are held in AWS's Cape Town region (af-south-1). Where any processing happens outside the country, we say so in the privacy notice rather than glossing over it.
Every completed document is sealed with a SHA-256 hash of the original and the final PDF, printed on its certificate of completion — so any later change is provable.
HTTPS/TLS in transit, encrypted at rest, Argon2 password hashing, optional two-step verification, and unique expiring links for every signer.
Electronic signatures on Office Vault EasySign are valid and enforceable under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA, 2002) for the everyday documents South African businesses sign.
Contracts, NDAs, quotes, offers, statements of work, mandates, HR letters — the agreements you sign every day. Every signature carries a court-ready audit trail (who signed, when, from where, and how they were verified) sealed to the document with a SHA-256 hash.
By law a few documents can't be signed electronically — wills, the sale of property or land, bills of exchange, and long-term property leases. For the specific cases that require an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES), we're adding an accredited-provider option — coming soon.
Signed documents are stored in Amazon Web Services in South Africa, with POPIA-conscious controls — encryption, access control, secure links, and a complete, tamper-evident audit trail.
The legal weight of an electronic signature depends on the document and how it's used. This is general information, not legal advice — check with your attorney for your specific case.
For the documents that demand it, add CA-certified, AATL-trusted digital signatures — issued through an accredited authentication provider and recognised as an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) in South African law. Tamper-evident, identity-verified, and validated by the trust lists built into Adobe and the major PDF readers.
When you're ready to store, search and manage every signed document — with OCR, AI extraction and approval workflows — Office Vault is waiting. Same company, same login, one upgrade away.
